Welcome!

Welcome to the world of fitness and health for teenagers! I want to provide you with everything I have learned from my own experiences! I have tried all dieting habits (healthy and otherwise) and I hope to share with you a path to a healthy lifestyle. I will include fitness workouts, recipes, advice, and general observations.
